Listens to what you have to say. Makes sure she understands what you are experiencing. She does not rush your visit nor make you feel like you are being rushed. She is very knowledgeable and I would recommend her.
Also, Julia, the woman at the front desk is very kind and friendly. She makes you feel comfortable when you are there.
