Irina as always, allowed me to discuss my pain, dealing with an illness that affects my life every second of every day. she always attempts to give advice, opinions based on how I could better cope with a lot of my medical issues. She has an amazing heart. She’s very intuitive on what to say exactly when she needs to say it.
